IAEA Probate

IAEA Probate (Independent Administration of Estates Act) (noun): This act determines the level of authority the executor or administrator of a probate estate is granted in administering most aspects of the decedent’s estate. This level of authority is designed by the probate court and is in accordance with the IAEA.
