Estate Bank Account (noun): A Bank Account set up to collect the deceased person’s cash assets and pay the bills of the estate. Once an executor has been appointed by the probate court they can set up and Estate Bank Account to complete the Probate process and then distribute the amount left according to the Will, Trust or Intestate laws.
