The Grossman Law Firm, A.P.C., is an elder and tax law firm. Founded in 1999, the firm serves Riverside, San Bernardino and northern San Diego Counties. We represent those planning for the elderly or disabled as well as those faced with a tax audit, deficiency or delinquency.

Scott Grossman received his Bachelor of Science degree from Tufts University in 1987, his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1994, and his Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of San Diego in 2005. He is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the United States, and the United States Tax Court.

Scott is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the California State Bar sections for wills, trust, probate and taxation, California Association for Nursing Home Reform, American Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Scott has taught continuing education classes to hundreds of attorneys, accountants, financial planners and life insurance agents.
